Service nature and purpose
Descriptive statement of the KIMIKOTECH platform. Versione 2026-09.
1. Service description
KIMIKOTECH is a meeting platform between those looking for professional HORECA equipment and companies that can propose a solution. Users describe their need; interested companies propose offers; the contact is unlocked only when the user explicitly requests it.
2. Role of KIMIKOTECH
The platform does not sell equipment, does not act as a contractual intermediary and takes no commission on negotiations. Published offers are subject to verification before publication. Every commercial relationship arises directly between the user and the chosen company.
3. Free in the initial phase
Submitting requests and browsing offers are free in the initial phase of the service. Any future price changes will be announced in advance.
